Initial Consultation
The session typically begins with a brief discussion during which the client may share any physical or emotional concerns they are experiencing. Additional questions may be asked in order to gain a better understanding of the client's needs.
Once the discussion is complete, the client will lie down or sit comfortably. This may involve closing their eyes and focusing on their breath.
Once Judy is in a meditative state, she will begin to channel healing energy to the client. As the healing energy flows, the client may experience physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, or vibrations. They may also experience emotional or mental shifts..
After the session is complete, Judy will discuss the experience and any insights or recommendations that came up during the session.

Integrated Healing Session
An integrated Engelic Healing session involves the healer entering a deep meditative state, often referred to as a trance state, in order to facilitate healing for the client.
​
This involves the client laying down and allowing for a trance healing which works on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

Follow-up Healing
A follow-up session can be supportive in times when we need healing or are out of balance, for example, high stress or emotional concerns. This would involve a discussion and trance healing which works on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
It allows the body of the client to enter a state of relaxation, a state that encourages the body to heal itself.
A wonderful sense of calm and peace can envelop the body, and sometimes different sensations can be felt. Many experience peace, warmth and vibrations in this state. Clients report that they sleep better after their trance healing session.
